| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实时弹性成像对乳腺肿块良、恶性的诊断价值。方法对经手术病理证实的63个病灶进行实时超声弹性成像检查,采用筑波大学5分评分法进行评价,1～3分为良性,4～5分为恶性,以手术病理结果为诊断金标准,计算超声弹性成像的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果超声弹性成像诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为78.2%、92.5%和85.7%。结论超声弹性成像有助于乳腺肿块良、恶性的鉴别诊断。
