催化裂化汽油加氢改质技术GARDES-II的开发及应用

摘    要:采用大孔氧化铝载体及Mo(W)杂化纳米晶活性金属前躯体新材料,应用氧化铝晶面调控技术、分子筛原位复合法及创新催化剂制备方法,完成了催化裂化汽油(简称催化汽油)加氢改质GARDES-II技术配套的3个主催化剂的升级换代。2017年8月在中国石油宁夏石化分公司1.2 Mt/a催化裂化汽油加氢装置上开展了新一代催化剂GDS-22,GDS-32,GDS-42的工业应用试验,结果表明:与第一代GARDES技术相比,GARDES-II技术及配套催化剂表现出了更强的超深度脱硫、降烯烃和保持辛烷值的综合能力。GARDES-II技术又相继在中国石油呼和浩特石化分公司(简称呼石化)等5家企业的汽油加氢装置实现工业应用,装置总处理能力达到6.5 Mt/a,其中呼石化混合汽油的硫质量分数降低至6.5~8.0 μg/g,博士试验通过,烯烃体积分数降幅为7.0~11.0百分点,汽油辛烷值损失1.1~1.3,出装置汽油通过全厂调合满足国Ⅵ(A)清洁汽油标准。

Abstract:Using macroporous alumina carrier and new Mo(W)hybrid nanocrystalline active metal precursor,three main catalysts,GDS-22,GDS-32 and GDS-42,applied in GARDES-ⅡFCC gasoline hydroupgrading technology was developed by using alumina crystal plane control technology,molecular sieve in-situ composite method and innovative catalyst preparation method and applied on the 1.2 Mt/a FCC gasoline hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Ningxia Petrochemical Branch Company in August 2017.The results showed that compared with the first generation GARDES technology,GARDES-Ⅱtechnology with the new catalysts showed stronger comprehensive ability of ultra-deep desulfurization,olefin reduction and octane number maintenance.In addition,GARDES-Ⅱtechnology has been applied in gasoline hydrogenation units of 5 companies including PetroChina Hohhot Petrochemical Company.The total processing capacity of the units has reached 6.5 Mt/a.Among them,the sulfur mass fraction of blended gasoline of Hohhot Petrochemical Company was reduced to 6.5—8.0μg/g.The doctoral test was passed,the olefin volume fraction was reduced by 7.0 to 11.0 percentage points,and the gasoline octane number loss was 1.1 to 1.3.The output gasoline could meet ChinaⅥ(A)clean gasoline standard through the whole plant blending.
