丝胶层状结构及溶解特性的研究

摘    要:本文研究了丝胶聚集态结构和溶解特性,指出绢丝腺不同部位分泌的丝胶蛋白质组分有差异,并以保持层状的方式堆积覆盖在丝素表面;构成丝胶难溶性部份的蛋白质组分在易溶丝胶中也大量存在;鲜茧茧丝外层易溶丝胶主要以溶胀溶解方式脱落,内层难溶丝胶主要以水解方式脱落;在不同溶解条件下,外层易溶丝胶的溶解方式也有差异;通过适当处理,可使茧丝最外层易溶丝胶难溶化,而不改变中层丝胶的易溶性。

Abstract:The aggregation structure of sericin and the dissolution properties of sericin are investigated. The results show that the polypeptides of sericin secreted from different parts of silk gland are variant. They keep in layers and cover on the fibroin surface. The proteins of the insoluble sericin are also found in the soluble sericin. The out layer soluble sericin of cocoon silk is removed from silk filament by dissolution. The innermost insoluble sericin is removed from silk filament by hydrolysis. The removal proceeding of the soluble sericin is different under different conditions. The outmost layer soluble sericin can turn into insoluble with suitable treatment, while the dissoluability of the inner layer soluble sericin keeps unchanged.
