| 摘 要： | 用聚醚二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯（TDI）、N–甲基二乙醇胺（N–MDEA）、乙酸为原料制备了阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液,然后向聚氨酯乳液中加入丙烯酸丁酯（BA）和引发剂进行自由基聚合制成阳离子水性聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯乳液。用旋转黏度计、FT–IR、电子万能（拉力）试验机对所制备的乳液黏度、膜的形态结构及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,改性后的阳离子聚氨酯乳液综合性能明显提高。

| Abstract: | Cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared using polyether glycol,toluene diisocyanate(TDI),N-methyl diethanolamine(N-MDEA) and acetic acid as raw materials,and then cationic waterborne polyurethane/polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by adding butyl acrylate(BA) and initiator into the polyurethane emulsion to initiate free radical polymerization.The viscosity of the prepared emulsion,the morphological structure and mechanical properties of the film were characterized by using rotary viscometer,FT-IR and electronic universal(tensile) testing machine.The results show that the comprehensive performance of modified cationic polyurethane emulsion significantly increases. |
