米索前列醇用于绝经后宫内节育器取出之临床分析

目的探讨米索前列醇在绝经后妇女IUD取出者的疗效。方法比较分析我院收治的实验组（术前口服米索前列醇）和对照组（不服用任何药物）共50例绝经在1年以上且要求取出宫内节育器（IUD）者的临床资料。结果在宫颈软化和宫颈扩张的比较,实验组显著优于对照组;在手术效果的比较上,实验组的顺利取器率显著优于对照组;在手术镇痛的效果上,实验组镇痛有效明显优于对照组。结论米索前列醇能有效降低术中IUD的取器难度,减轻患者痛苦和减少取器并发症的发生。

Clinical analysis of Misoprostol in postmenopausal women requiring IUD taken out
