摘    要:在第一部分应力分析的基础上,计算了实验工况下130t/h锅炉汽包危险部位的交变应力幅值,按Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论确定其周疲劳寿命。通过分析计算提出了一种以疲劳强度减弱系数Kf来计算应力幅度的汽包疲劳寿命简化估算方法。

Abstract:In this paper,on the basis of stress analysis,the alternating stress range of unsafe positions was calculated on actual operating conditions,and the low cycle fatigue life of this 130t/h boiler drum was determined by the Palmgren Miner's linear cumulative damage rule.On the basis of analysis and calculation,a kind of simple method in which the fatigue notch factor K f is adopted to calculated the alternating stress range,was suggested to evaluate the fatigue life of a mid pressure boiler drum.
