我国流通消费领域食品安全现状及对策研究

摘    要:分析了我国流通消费领域食品安全存在的主要问题.在研究并借鉴发达国家的主要经验和做法的基础上,综合考虑流通消费环节影响食品安全的各种关键因素,以系统科学理论和控制理论为指导,设计了流通消费领域食品安全体系总体框架.在此框架的指导下,分别从法律法规体系建设、标准体系建设、检测体系建设、市场准入体系建设和社会信用体系建设等方面提出了加强消费领域影响食品安全的对策与建议.

Abstract:An analysis of the major problems of food safety in circulation and consumption field in China was made.On the basis of study and using the main experience of foreign countries for reference, synthetically considering various key factors that might affect food safety in the loop of circulating consumption, it designed the overall frame of food safety system in circulation and consumption field under the instruction of systematic scientific theory and control theory. Under the instruction of this frame, it proposed the countermeasures and suggestions on promoting food safety in consumption field from the aspects of the establishment of laws and regulations system, standard system, inspection system and social credits system.
