| 摘 要： | 武术要继承和发展,需要全社会的共同努力。弘扬民族的传统文化,把武术作为中小学的一门课程,进行系统的武术教学是武术发展的良好途径。文章在查阅了大量文献整理得出,武术有着单独开设课程的理论基础和经验。
