| 摘 要： | 南钢联气体供应公司1#20000 m3/h空分设备配套空压机的电机采用进口自耦变压器降压启动,自耦变压器运行时因绝缘被击穿而突然烧毁,导致空分设备停车。用国产自耦变压器替代进口自耦变压器,彻底解决了自耦变压器启动问题,保证了空分设备安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The motor of air compressor of 1#20000 m^3,/h air separation plant of Nanjing Iron ＆ Steel United Co. , Ltd. , Gas Supply Company is started through reduced-voltage with autoeonnected transformer. The said transformer is abruptly burnt out due to breaking down of the insulation during operation, which results in shutdown of the air separation plant. Substitution of domestic-made autoconnected transformer for the imported one completely solves the problems in start and ensures safe and stable run of the air separation plant. |
