| 摘 要： | 分析了装备质量管理的“三全”特征,将装备的质量管理分为两个阶段进行研究：生产阶段的质量管理和维修阶段的质量管理.在装备的生产阶段,采用和谐管理理论,解决了质量管理的复杂性问题;在装备维修阶段,采用了PDCA循环控制法,使装备质量进一步延伸;两个阶段相互配合,共同促进装备质量的提高.

| Abstract: | Analysis the ＂three all＂ feature of equipment quality management. Research about quality management of equipment is divided into two stages： the production stage of quality management and maintenance stage of quality management. In the stage of equipment production, the harmonious management theory is use to solve the complexity problem of quality management; in equipment repair stage, using the PDCA cycle control method, which enables further extension of equipment quality. Two stages of mutual cooperation jointly promote the improvement of the quality of equipment. |
