均匀设计法优选五味子药材水提取工艺

摘    要:目的优选五味子药材水提工艺。方法用均匀设计法设计试验,以五味子醇甲含量为指标,考察溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间和浸泡时间对有效成分提取率的影响。结果优选出的提取工艺为加12倍量水,浸泡7h,回流提取3次,每次1.5h,提取率为6.40%。结论优选出的提取工艺值得参考。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the water extraction process for Schisandra chinensis. Methods The uniform design method was used to arrange the experiments,with the extraction efficiency of schisandrin as index. To investigate the effects of solvent amount, extracting times and time of extracting and soaking on the extracting efficiency of the effective components. Results The optimum processes were as follows: water as extracting solution,decocting three times, each time for 1.5 h,adding the water amount of 12 times and soaking for 7 h. The extraction efficiency was 6.40%. Conclusion The experimental results provide the basis for ascertainment of the extracting processes of Schisandra chinensis.
