基于筛查平台的结直肠息肉镜下切除后患者医院-社区联动管理指标体系的构建

目的 为加强结直肠息肉镜下切除术后患者的健康管理，降低肠息肉复发率，构建结直肠息肉镜下切除术后患者医院-社区联动管理指标体系。方法 通过回顾性研究、文献回顾、质性研究、德尔菲法专家函询，确定基于筛查平台的结直肠息肉镜下切除术后患者医院-社区联动管理指标体系。结果 2轮函询专家权威系数Cr值均为0.895，肯德尔和谐系数W值分别为0.194、0.177（均P<0.01）。最终形成的医院-社区管理指标体系包括5个一级指标、14个二级指标，47个三级指标。结论 构建的基于筛查平台的结直肠息肉镜下切除术后患者医院-社区联动管理指标体系具有较强的科学性、权威性、可行性，可为我国肠息肉术后患者后续的健康管理提供借鉴。

Construction of hospital-community management index system of patients with colorectal polyps after endoscopic resection based on screening platform

Objective To construct a hospital-community management index system for patients after endoscopic polyp resection, so as to strengthen the health management of these patients and reduce the recurrence rate of colorectal polyp. Methods Retrospective study, literature review, qualitative study and Delphi expert consultation were used to construct the hospital-community management index system based on screening platform. Results The mean authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.895 and Kendall's W 0.194, and 0.177, respectively (all P<0.01). The hospital-community management index system consisted of 5 first-level, 14 second-level and 47 third-level indicators. Conclusion The hospital-community management index system of patients after endoscopic resection of colorectal polyp based on the screening platform is scientific and feasible, and can provide reference for the health management of polyp patients after surgery in China.
