| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志在十六大报告中强调要坚持和完善社会主义民主制度,要健全民主制度、丰富民主形式,要着重加强制度建设,实现社会民主政治的制度化、规范化和程序化。在现阶段,努力探求人民当家作主民主权利的实现形式是社会主义民主政治建设的重要内容。而探求民主实现形式的原则在此过程中发挥着关键作用。

| Abstract: | in the report to the Sixteenth Plenary Session of the Chinese Communist Party, Comrade Jiang Zhemin emphasized that we should insist to and perfect socialist democracy system. Jiang also stressed that we should improve democratic system, enrich democratic forms and focus on system construction to make the social democratic politics systematic, standardized and procedural. In the present stage, to search for the means to the realization of the people's democratic rights to be masters of their country is an important content in the democratic and political construction of socialism, while the principles of searching for the means to democratic realization plays a key role in this process. |
