摘    要:为了提高高压蒸汽管道超声检测的效率,研究了超声导波在高压蒸汽管道缺陷检测中的应用。通过试验对比,设计并实践了高频导波换能器,确定了高压蒸汽管道高频导波检测灵敏度,为实现高压蒸汽管道快速检测提供了一种方法。

Abstract:The ultrasonic testing technique's application, based on the ultrasonic guided wave theory for defect detection in such field as the steam pipeline under high pressure ,was researched in this experiment in order to improve it's efficiency. A high frequency guided wave transducer was designed and manufac- tured, and the detection sensitivity of the high frequency guided wave technique was determined, by means of comparing the multitude data obtained from different methods with specific parameter, thus, a high effi- cient technique with capability of quick detection in high pressure steam pipeline is recommended.
