摘    要:采用NETZSCHSTA449F3同步热分析仪进行煤焦-CO2反应热重实验,气体总压保持0.1MPa,CO2分压分别为0.017MPa、0.042MPa、0.058MPa、0.100MPa,通过n级速率方程和Langmuir—Hinshelwood(LH)速率方程拟合实验结果,合理推导至加压工况,获得加压情况下的反应动力学参数,并利用拟合公式进行较大温度和气体分压范围内任意工况下不同煤种的煤焦-CO2气化反应活性比较。LH速率方程可更精确地描述CO2分压的影响。CO2分压对反应速度的影响程度随分压的升高而降低,温度对煤焦-CO2气化反应活性的影响程度大于CO2分压。煤种的化学反应活性在不同的温度和CO2分压下强弱次序不完全一致,不能采用某一特定工况下的结果统一概括。

Abstract:NETZSCH STA449F3 simultaneous thermal analyzer is used in coal char - CO2 reaction TGA experiments. The total gas pressure is 0.1 MPa, and CO2 partial pressures are O. 017 MPa, 0. 042 MPa, 0. 058 MPa and 0. 100 MPa respectively. By fitting the experimental data with nth order rate equation expression and Langmuir - Hinshelwood (LH) rate equation expression, a reasonable extrapolation can be made to pressurized conditions, and kinetic parameters in pressurized circumstances can be obtained. The fitting formulas are beneficial to calculate and compare different coal char chemical reactivities with CO2 in wider temperature and pressure range. LH rate equation expression is able to more accurately describe the effect of CO2 partial pressure. The degree of CO2 partial pressure' s influence upon reaction rate becomes decreased with CO2 partial pressure increasing. The degree of temperature' s influence upon coal char - CO2 reaction rate is larger than that of CO2 partial pressure' s. The order of chemical reactivity of coals at different temperatures and CO2 partial pressures is not completely consistent, and therefore cannot be generalized from a specific condition.
