蛾眉蕨贯众的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究蛾眉蕨贯众的化学成分,以期阐明蛾眉蕨贯众发挥药效的物质基础。方法采用乙醇提取,溶剂萃取,反复硅胶柱色谱法及重结晶法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱特征对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果首次从蛾眉蕨贯众95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了4个化合物:去甲氧基荚果蕨素(1)、5,7,3’-三羟基-6,8-二甲基-4’-甲氧基二氢黄酮(2)、豆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮(3)、坡那甾酮A(4)。结论化合物1、2、3、4均为首次从蛾眉蕨贯众中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Emeijue Guanzhong(Lunathyrium acrostichoides Ching) for elucidating its material foundation of medical actions.Methods Emeijue Guanzhong was extracted with 95% ethanol,Abstracted with organic solvent,and isolated and purified with repeat column chromatography of silica gel and recrystallization.The obtained compounds were identified in structure according to their physicochemical features and wave spectrum characteristics.Results There were 4 compounds isolated and identified for the first time from the ethanol extract of Emeijue Guanzhong,including desmethoxymatteucinol(1),3′-hydroxy-matteucinol(2),Stigmast-4-en-3,6-dione(3),ponasterone A(4).Conclusion Compounds 1,2,3 and 4 are all isolated for the first time from Emeijue Guanzhong.
