| 摘 要： | 目的观察护理干预对老年高血压患者降压效果的影响。方法将112例老年高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组56例,两组均给予降压药物治疗及常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施针对性的护理干预;比较两组的降压效果。结果干预组的显效率和总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可明显提高老年高血压患者的降压效果,减轻患者临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the impact of nursing intervention on the anti-hypertensive effect in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 112 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 56) and control group (n = 56); both groups were given anti-hypertensive drugs and conventional nursing, the intervention group received additional nursing intervention measures. The anti-hypertensive effects were compared between the two groups. Results The improving rate and the total effective rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention can enhance the anti-hypertensive effect and relieve clinical symptoms of elderly patients with hypertension. |
