摘    要:针对汽车发动机主轴承油膜产生的类似机械打字声的无规律噪声,搭建平行板挤压油膜噪声试验机来模拟发动机主轴承动载挤压效应产生的油膜噪声,在实现声音、位移、振动、拉压力信号与高速CCD拍摄图像同步采集的基础上,对油膜出现的无规律异常噪声进行试验研究,通过系列油膜空穴图像观察对比并结合各测量信号的时序分析,发现当空穴的破裂侧壁与外界大气连通时会产生无规律异常噪声,据此探讨油量和平行板间倾斜角的变化对该异常噪声的影响,试验结果表明当油量与倾斜角度增加时,油膜噪声更易产生。

Experimental Study on the Influences of Oil Quantity and Inclination Angle on Oil Film Noise
Abstract:A parallel-plate squeeze film test apparatus was built to study the noise in main bearing of engine, which was as irregular as type-writing sound. The test apparatus could simulate the dynamic loading effect to conduct the film noise. After realizing synchronous acquisition of displacement signal, sound signal and images, the irregular noise was studied in the experiment. Through the observation and comparison of a series of oil film cavitation images and combined with the timing analysis of the measured signals, the irregular noise occurred when lateral side of cavitation connected with the outside atmosphere. And according to the conclusion, the influence of the quantity of oil and inclination angle of upper plate on the irregular noise was studied. The test results show that oil film noise is more likely to occur when quantity of oil and angle of inclination increase.
