摘    要:研究了中海36—1原油渣油的氧化反应,并与其它几种原油渣油的氧化反应作了比较,表明中海36—1渣油氧化难度较大,氧化条件较为苛刻。考察了原料针入度、氧化时间、氧化温度及风量对氧化产品的影响,显示该氧化沥青在感温性和高、低温性能及抗老化性能方面,明显优于直馏沥青。

Abstract:Oxidation reactions of the vacuum residue from Zhonghai 36-1 crude were studied and compared with those of several other vacuum residues from different crude oils. The oxidation for Zhonghai 36-1 vacuum residue was more difficult and severe oxidation condition should be taken. The effects of feedstock penetration, oxidation time and temperature, and air rate on oxidation products were investigated. The results showed that the Zhonghai 36-1 oxidation asphalt was less temperature suscep-tible, better performance at either high or low temperatures and stronger anti-aging property than those of the asphalts directly from straight-run residues.
