| 摘 要： | 当前中国的非营利组织面临着合法性、组织能力和公信力等困境，这些困境可以通过社会资本加以分析和诠释。为此，可以从社会资本的视角去探讨中国非营利组织的发展策略，即社会资本的投资策略。社会资本的投资可以从合作规范、社会关系网络和信任建设三个方面展开。

| Abstract: | Currently China＇ s non-profit organizations （NPO） face such difficulties like legitimacy, organization- al capacity, credibility and so on. These difficulties can be analyzed and interpreted by social capital. So we can explore the developing strategies of China＇ s NPO from the perspective of social capital, i.e. , social capital investing strategy. The investment can be unfolded in three phases： cooperation norms, social relation network and trust building. |
