| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术介入教学过程改变了教师在教学中的主导地位，使教师由“教学”转变为“导学”，教师的角色除了是评判，组织，激励，参与和资料员外，更是课程设计、知识建构，情感沟通，教学研究等。为“扮演”好新角色，教师要适时地转变教育理念，掌握和应用现代教育技术，以适应时代需求。

| Abstract: | More and more use of information technology is bringing the new teache r's roles in teaching and learning. More than being the controller, assessor, or ganizer, prompter, participant, and resource, a teacher should also be the desig ner, constructor, connector and researcher. To play the teacher's roles well, ch anges should be made from a teacher to a guide, a director, etc. Who has new edu cational ideas and who is capable in using the advanced technology . |
