摘    要:中引水厂原水水质状况全年变化较大,导致污泥组分和污泥性状的差异,成为影响污泥浓缩性能的主要因素.考察了污泥的初始质量浓度、高分子絮凝剂、pH值、慢速搅拌等因素对污泥浓缩性能的影响.结果表明,原水平常期期间沉淀池排泥水含固率大于0.52%时,污泥的浓缩效率特别低,此时需投加PAM加以强化,PAM的最佳加注率为3.24‰;采用酸处理时,较为合适的pH值在1.8左右,加碱处理最佳pH值局限在pH≥12的范围内,且改善效果没有加酸处理明显;慢速搅拌时适宜的搅拌速度在1 r/min左右,当搅拌速度提高到5 r/min时,经过30 min后污泥的浓缩效率降低.

Abstract:The raw water property changes greatly during the whole year, leading to different sludge components and sludge characteristics in different periods, which is the main influence factor on thickening property of sludge in water treatment plants of Zhongyin. In this paper, the effect of original concentration of sludge, macromolecular flocculant, pH value and low-velocity agitation on the thickening property of sludge are investigated. Results indicate that when the sludge water contains solid more than 0. 52%, its thickening efficiency are reduced significantly, then PAM is applied to enhance the sludge thickening efficiency, and it is showed that the proper ratio of PAM feeding should be 3.24%o; the optimal pH value is 1.8 and up to 12 when the sludge is treated with acid and alkali respectively; for slow agitation, the feasible velocity is about 1 r/min, on the contrary, the thickening efficiency will be reduced after half an hour when agitation velocity is up to 5 r/rain.
