摘    要:采用金相显微镜、电子探针、扫描电镜及电子万能拉仲试验机等设备分析研究了MgCO3对AM60B镁合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。显微组织观察表明,MgCO3能够明显起到品粒细化的作用,改善了实验合金的显微组织。力学性能测试表明,由于MgCO3的添加提高了合金的力学性能。并且当MgCO3添加量质量分数为1.2%时,合金的抗拉强度达到181MPa,硬度达到57HV。

Abstract:The effects of MgCO3 on microstructure and mechanical properties of AM60B magnesium alloys were analyzed and observed by using metallographic microscope, electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electronic universal materials testing machine. It can be found that the grain of alloy is obviously refined and microstructure of alloy is improved through the addition of MgCO3. The mechanical properties experiments indicate that the mechanical properties of experiment alloys are improved through the addition of MgCO3. In particular the tensile strength and hardness were conspicuous increase to 181 MPa and 57HV when added MgCO3 with 1.2%.
