| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effects of alert management of information for patient safety in low seniority nurses.Methods We carried out conventional administration measures for improving nursing safety in 35 nurses,additionally alert management of information for patient safety was adopted,including establishing an alert management system,formulating and applying weekly reports of information for nursing safety,executing alert management of information and giving feedback.Results Adverse event rate showed statistical difference before and after implementation of the alert management(P<0.05);the qualification rate of a single patient care was increased 2.73% after implementation of the alert management.Conclusion Using alert management of information for patient safety in nursing practice can strengthen risk awareness of nurses,reduce nursing errors and disputes,and enhance nursing quality. |
