政治现代化视域下的公民文化探索

论述了公民文化与政治现代化的关系，指出政治现代化的发展需要培育与其相适应的公民文化。作为缺乏公民意识的中国来说，面临着建设中国特色公民文化的重任，其关键点则在于传统臣民文化向现代公民文化转向。为此，需要从社会主义市场经济、民主政治体制、公民自身素质等各个层面为之提供条件。

On Civic Culture Under Horizon of Political Modernization

The relationship between the civic culture and the political modernization is discussed. It is pointed out that, the development of political modernization needs to foster the suit civic culture. As lack of civic-mindedness in China, a responsibility faced is to build a civic culture with Chinese characteristics, and the key point is the shift from the traditional civic culture to the modern civic culture. To this end, the conditions need to be provided from the socialist market economy, the democratic political system, and the quality of citizens, etc.
