| Abstract: | The liposomes are a kind of the most promising, broadly applicable, and deeply researched drug delivery system. It has many good qualities, including enhancing the drug stability, increasing the targetability, and promoting the bioavailability. This paper reviews the present status of liposomes domestically and abroad, and studies the preparative methods and basic properties of novel liposomes, and the application in drug/gene transmission. |
