稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者社区康复治疗疗效分析

目的探究社区康复治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能、生活质量等方面的影响及临床意义。方法将80例COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组(40例)和干预组(40例)。在对照组的基础上,给予干预组患者家庭氧疗、运动训练、健康教育等社区康复疗法,之后通过比较两组患者肺功能、生活质量问卷(SGRQ)评分等方面的变化来探讨社区康复疗法的临床意义。结果治疗前后干预组患者肺功能和SGRQ得分的对比差异显著(P﹤0.01)。两组治疗后肺功能和SGRQ得分相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论社区康复治疗能够稳定患者病情,在一定程度阻碍肺功能的恶化,对COPD患者肺功能的改善和生活质量的提高具有积极意义,值得在临床上进行应用。

Study on efficacy of community rehabilitation in treatment of stable COPD patients

Objective To explore the efficacy of community rehabilitation therapy in treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and to study its effect on pulmonary function, quality of life, and other aspects and its clinical significance. Methods Eighty COPD cases in stationary phase in this hospital were randomly divided into control group （ n = 40） and intervention group （ n = 40）. Patients in intervention group were given on the basical treatment in patients of control group additionally with family oxygen inhalation, exercise training, health education and other community rehabilitation therapy, so that we can explore the clinical significance by comparing lung function, changes in St. George＇s respiratory questionnaire （SGRQ） scores among patients in these two groups in order to evaluate the efficacy of community rehabilitation therapy. Results There was significant difference in lung function and SGRQ scores in patients of intervention group before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Community rehabilitation therapy can stabilize the symptoms of patients in certain degree and hinder the deterioration of lung function of patients, henee it may improve lung function and quality of life of patients with COPD. It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
