| 摘 要： | 资金管理是企业财务管理的核心，特别是对于企业集团而言，显得格外重要，如何行之有效的管好、用好资金，成为企业集团管理当局思考的问题。结算中心是随着企业集团管理需求应运而生的内部资金管理机构。就结算中心成立的必要性、功能和作用、运行中存在的突出问题以及完善结算中心的对策等方面进行分析，以利于企业集团改善资金管理，提高资金利用率。
