轨道交通设备运维管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前轨道交通设备管理工作中存在的,以纸质台账为主的工作形式及固定周期检修等不足之处,设计并建立轨道交通设备运维(运行维护)管理系统,系统融入了全面规范化生产维护(Tn PM)、近场通信(NFC)、状态检修、智能移动终端等先进理论技术及设备,并与实时综合监控系统(ISCS)对接,实现设备运维管理工作的电子化、数字化、自动化以及全员、全过程、全系统的信息化管理,协助运营单位建立起完善有效的全面规范生产维护体系。该系统已通过现场实际应用证明,能有效提高设备运维管理工作效率、降低运营成本,提升轨道交通运营单位面向设备的管理水平。

Abstract:Aimed at the inadequates which are commonly existed in current urban rail transit equipment operation and maintenance management, such as the paper-based forms of work ledger, fixed-cycle maintenance mode, and so on, a equipment operation and maintenance management system of urban rail transit which comprehensive studyed into total normalized productive maintenance, Near Field Communication, condition-based maintenance, intelligent mobile terminal and other advanced theory technology and equipment, and integrated with the real-time integrated supervisory control system was designed and implemented. With the aid of the system, equipment operation and maintenance management can be electronic, digital, automatic and the entire person, process, system-wide information management was realized. so the system can help operating units establish a complete and efficient total normalized productive maintenance system. Through on-site pilot applications showed that the system can improve the work efficiency, reduce operating costs and enhance operational management level of equipment for the urban rail transit operating units.
