| 摘 要： | 研制了Φ５０ｍｍ穿孔机用新型小规格穿孔顶头。介绍了该穿孔顶头的材料选择原则及外形曲线和内孔结构设计原理、制造工艺、热处理工艺和使用时的冷却状况等。实践表明，该新型穿孔顶头使用寿命较长，使用效果良好。

involves the development of the smallsized new type plug of the 50mm piercer, covering such
aspects of the new type plug as material selection,design principle of plug profile and bore
structure,manufacturing process and cooling conditions during heattreatment.Relevant operational
practice has proven that the newly developed plug has longer service life and is very effective. |
