粉末FeS2的合成及结构精修

摘    要:实验采用Fe2O3粉末与纯铁粉末分别在100kPa硫压、恒温50h的条件下合成了FeS2粉体,并利用Rietveld方法对X射线衍射数据进行精修。结果表明在同样的条件下Fe2O3比铁粉更易与S结合生成FeS2,而且样品晶粒度明显增大。晶粒生长较好。

Abstract:In this paper Iron pyrite was obtained by thermal sulfuration of Fe particles and Iron oxide,respectively.During the preparation the samples were maintained at 723K in sulfur pressure of 100kPa for 50h.Special attention has been devoted the structural parameters(cell and sulfur positional parameter),bond distances and angles,lattice constants.The procedure used for this study was the full profile refinement of X-ray powder diffraction patterns using the Rietveld method.
