试论清代伊斯兰教政策

清代伊斯兰教政策是清朝治国政策的重要组成部分,其基本策略是"齐其政而不易其俗",根本宗旨是为了维护自身的统治地位。清朝从建立初期到中后期,伊斯兰教政策走过了从宽松到严苛的过程,这主要是由于社会形势的发展和变化。本文以时间为线索,对清朝前期和中后期的伊斯兰教政策进行论述和分析。

On the Policy of Islam in Qing Dynasty

The policy of Islam is an important part of governing the country in Qing Dynasty. The basic strategy is to unify them in politics but preserve their customs. The fundamental purpose is to maintain its reign. From the first period of the foundation to the mid- to late period of Qing Dynasty, the policy of Islam had changed from a loose policy to a strict policy and that is mainly because of the development and the change of social environment. The paper discusses and analyz6 the policy of Qing Dynasty by time.
