医疗资源重组后医务人员“困惑性问题”的理性处理

摘    要:阐述了医院整合后职工产生的"身份自卑心理"、"制度执行茫然心理"、"业务水平失衡心理"、"生存危机心理"、"关系不适应心理"等"困惑性问题",提出了以"大气文化"培育和根植职工提升内心素养意识、以"安全文化"培育和根植医院职工质量与安全意识、以"激励文化"培育和根植医院职工奋发进取意识、以"和谐文化"培育和根植医院职工内心仁爱意识等解决办法,并得出医院整合后医院文化的创设是解决医疗资源整合中医院职工"困惑性问题"的关键、要迅速在管理理念上有所创新、要始终把职工满意放在第一位,其次才是病人满意、社会满意等体会。
