| 摘 要： | 研究型医院是以医学知识、医疗技术为基础，坚持临床与科研教学并重，不断推动临床诊治水平、社会卫生事业以及人类健康持续稳定发展的新型医院。医院在实践中努力完成五个转变，坚持医、教、研并举发展，完善学科人才队伍建设，优化后勤服务保障，累积了丰富经验。 |
