| 摘 要： | 肝性脑病的各种常见诱因已为我们所熟知，如大出血、放腹水、大量利尿、镇静催眠药、感染等。经我们长期观察发现，生长抑素在有效控制肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的同时，很有可能作为另一重要诱因参与了肝性脑病的发生。

| Abstract: | As far as we know, there are many common factors of hepatic encephalopathy such as hemorrhea, drawing ascites too much, serious diuresis, sedative-hypnotic drug, infection and so on. Through our observation, we find that the somatostatin probably contributes to hepatic encephalopathy, when it effectively controls upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage by esophageal and gastric fundus varix related to hepatic cirrhosis. |
