| 摘 要： | 目的为我省军队离退休干部哮喘患者的防治和生活质量的改善提供科学依据。方法采用问卷访问和体格检查对我省军队离退休干部767人进行流行病学调查分析。结果767名离退休干部中哮喘51例,占调查总人数的6.65%。随着年龄的增长,发生日常生活功能依赖的概率增大。多元Logistic回归分析表明哮喘主要影响因素为婚姻状况、经济收入、娱乐活动等。结论哮喘是严重威胁军队离退休老年人的躯体、心理健康的疾病,必须重点加强防治,以提高老年人的健康生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide evidence for preventing bronchial asthma and promoting quality of life among army officials in Anhui province.Methods Seven houndred and sixty-seven retired elderly army officials were studied epidemiologically with questionnaire provoking combined with physical examination. Results The prevelance of bronchial asthma were 6.65% (n=51). With age increased, the probability of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) dependency increased. Multiple linear logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the bronchial asthma included marital status, income and activities of entertainment. Conclusion The bronchial asthma is harmful to mental and somatic health of the elderly. Emphasis on the prevention and treatment of the disease can improve the quality of life of elderly. |
