摘    要:目的:测定不同产地栽培防风中升麻素苷,5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷及乙醇浸出物的含量,并进行质量比较。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(4:6),检测波长254nm,流速0.8ml·min^-1;乙醇热浸法提出有效成分。结果:产于河北安国的防风含升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷和乙醇浸出物含量最高,分别为0.27%、0.26%和42.75%;产于甘肃兰州的含量最低,分别为0.12%、0.08%和22.15%。结论:河北安国、安徽亳州比较适宜防风栽培。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the contents of prim-o-glucosylcimifugin,5-o-methylvisamminol and ethanol extractives in different habitats of cultivate the radix saposhnikoviae and compare the qualities. Method: The HPLC method was adopted, for determination the prim-o-glucosyl-cimifugin and 5-o-methylvisamminol, the Elite C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water(4: 6), the flow rate was 0.8ml· min^-1, the detection wavelength was 254nm, for determination the ethanol extractives, according to Ch. p. 2005. Vol. I method. Result: The highest of contents of prim-o-glueosyl-cimifugin, 5 -o-methyl visamminol and ethanol extractives in Hebei Anguo was 0.27%, 0.26% and 42.8% , the lowest of contents in Gansu Lanzhou was 0.12%, 0.08% and 22.2% ,respectively. Conclusion: Hebei Anguo and Anhui Bozhou is suitable to cultivate radix saposhnikovia.
