| 摘 要： | 对8种野菜（外来入侵种）水葫芦Eichhornia crassipes（Mart．）Solms、五爪金龙Ipomoea cairica（L.）Sweet、赛葵Malvastrum coromandelia-num（L.）Gurke、钻形紫菀Aster subulatus Michx．、紫茉莉Mirabilis jalapa L．、假败酱Stachytarpheta jamaicensis（L.）Vahl、叶下珠Phyllaothus urinarlaL．以及月光花Calonyction aculeatum（L.）House的基本营养成分和硝酸盐含量进行了测定分析。结果表明，8种外来入侵植物的可食部分的营养价值较高，其中7种可作为野菜安全食用，有很高的利用价值和开发潜力。同时，也为防控外来入侵植物提供了一条新的途径，变废为宝，科学治理。

| Abstract: | In order to keep them under control and utilize them scientifically, their basic nutrition element and nitrate content of 8 wild vegetables (invasive plants)were determined, which are Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms, Ipomoea cairica (L.) Sweet, Malvastrum coromandelia-num (L.) Gurke, Aster subulatus Michx., Mirabilis jalapa L., Stachytarpheta jamaicensis (L.) Vahl, Phyllaothus urinarla L. and Calonyction aculeatum (L.) House. The results indicated that : they were nourishing wild vegetables and 7 of them can be eaten safely. So they have great potentialities of exploitation. |
