大型筛板塔上两相湍流的数值模拟

摘    要:运用CFD数值模拟方法,建立了大型筛板塔塔板上气液两相流双流体模型,数值求解了三维速度场分布。文中应用κ-ε模型封闭雷诺方程,构成了二方程湍流模型,附加关系采用了修正GRACE相间曳力模型,CFD模拟结果与实验值进行了对比,真实地反映了塔板上三维混乱的流体力学特性,并揭示了液相的回流现象。

Abstract:A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was developed for describing the hydrodynamics of large scale sieve trays. A two-fluid model to simulate the three-dimensional velocity field of the gas-liquid two-phase flow on a sieve tray was presented. In the calculation, the κ-ε model was adopted to close the Reynolds equations, and construct a trubulent model. In this model, a modified grace model is used to calculate the force between gas-liquid phases. The CFD simulation results agree with the experimental measurements, reflect the chaotic tray hydrodynamics and reveal several liqiud circulation patterns, which show a true three-dimensional character.
