摘    要:目的:探讨运动干预不参与活动部位骨组织的骨量丢失.方法:用18只SD大鼠(210±30g)随机分为:A组(假去卵巢)、B组(去卵巢)和C组(去卵巢+运动).研究跑步运动干预不参与活动部位骨组织的骨量丢失.结果:与A组比较,B组大鼠胫骨干骺端和第四腰椎骨Tb.Ar%、Tb.Th和Tb.N明显减少(P<0.01),Tb.SP明显增加(P<0.01),胫骨中段皮质骨明显变薄(P<0.01),同时顶骨内、外骨板皮质明显变薄(P<0.01).与B组比较,C组胫骨干骺端和第四腰椎骨Tb.Ar%、Tb.N和Tb.Th明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),Tb.SP明显减少(P<0.01),同时顶骨内、外骨板皮质明显增厚(P<0.01).结论:适度运动可干预大鼠不参与活动部位骨组织的骨量丢失.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of exercise on nonweight bearing bone mass loss.Methods:18 female SD rats(210±30g) were randomly assigned to control(sham) group,ovariectomy(OVX) group and OVX+exercise(OVX+RUN) group with six rats per group.After 12 weeks of running training,the rats′ tibia,fourth lumbar vertebra histomorphometric parameter and the cortical bone thickness of os parietal inner and outer plate were obtained and analyzed.Results:Comparing with the control group,Tb·Ar(%),Tb·Th and Tb·N of the tibia and the fourth lumbar vertebra decreased significantly,but Tb·SP increased significantly,and the cortical bone thickness of os parietal inner and outer plate decreased in OVX rats.Comparing with OVX group,Tb·Ar(%),Tb·Th and Tb·N of the tibia and the fourth lumbar vertebra increased significantly,but Tb·SP decreased significantly,and the cortical bone thickness of os parietal inner and outer plate increased in(OVX+RUN) group rats.Conclusion:Exercise can decrease the bone mass loss of the nonweight bearing bone in OVX rat.
