载波处理对纯镁耐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:采用载波处理方法,用0.25 mol/L Na2SO4+0.1 mol/L NaOH作为载波处理溶液,对纯镁试样进行载波处理,通过正交试验确定载波处理的最佳工艺参数;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察载波处理后试样的表面形貌;用FirstTen Angstroms(FTA)仪器测量蒸馏水纯镁的接触角并计算出表面能;用电化学方法研究了在0.05 moL/L NaCl+0.01 mol/L NaOH溶液中载波处理对纯镁耐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:载波处理后,纯镁表面生成了一层非常致密而细小的氧化膜,使表而更稳定,提高了纯镁的耐蚀性能.

Abstract:Pure magnesium was treated by A.C.treatment technique in 0.25 mol/L Na2SO4+0.1 mol/L NaOH solution.
