| 摘 要： | 作者通过对社区概念内涵的理论分析,以及一些成功经验的回顾,提出了关注社区及社区发展的城市规划理念的一些基本观点:重塑以人为中心的规划理念,注重完善社区功能;将社区作为规划师认识和理解城市的理论工具和方法;以促进社区形成和发展为目标建设居住空间环境;通过城市规划和社区建设的合作,使居住环境建设成为社区整合和社区发展的动力之一。
