一维光子晶体微谐振腔性能分析

摘    要:介绍了三种一维光子晶体微谐振腔的结构,并利用传输矩阵法对其性能进行了分析。研究发现,三种结构的入射波都发生了谐振,且缺陷模中心波长随缺陷介质层厚度变大而向长波长区移动,缺陷模式的带宽随缺陷介质层厚度先减小后增大,品质因子则实现增大后减小。

Abstract:Three kinds of one-dimensional photonic crystal microcavity structures are introduced,and their performances have been analysed by using transfer matrix method.The research discovered that,incident lights in the three kinds of structures have all had the resonance,the center wave length of the resonant mode increases along with the flaw medium layer thickness increases,first to the long wave length area,flaw pattern band width first reduces then increases after the flaw mold thickness increases,while the quality factor realizes increases reduce before decrease.
