静脉输液相关不良事件及防治措施

目的探讨静脉输液引起医患纠纷的可能引发的因素并提出一些防范措施，以保证临床静脉输液的安全。方法参阅有关静脉输液的临床资料，并对临床处理输液不良事件的一些经验教训进行总结。结果由于药物本身存在的不良反应、输液反应及其它并发症及操作不当、责任心不强等是可能引发静脉输液医患纠纷的主要原因，临床应准确掌握输液适应证，正确选择输液溶媒，注意配伍禁忌，防止输液差错，减少滥用。结论严守输液操作程序，加强输液安全管理是减少输液医患纠纷的重要手段。

Intravenous Transfusion-associated Adverse Effect and Their Protective Measures

Objective To investigate the motivation of medical disputes resulting from intravenous transfusion and present some corresponding protective measures, and thus to ensure the safety of clinical intravenous transfusion. Methods Based on clinical data involving intravenous transfusion, some experiences with clinical disposal of transfusion adverse events were summarized. Results Adverse reaction caused by drug itself, transfusion reaction and the other complications, lack in responsibility might be the major causes of medical disputes associated with intravenous transfusion. Accurate and appropriate administration of indications for transfusion, proper selection of transfusion intermediary agent, remark on incompatibility, protection against transfusion error, a decrease in misuse should be achieved. Conclusion Strict obedience to transfusion operating instruction, augmentation of transfusion safety management can be the important measures to reducing transfusion medical disputes. measures
