阿加曲班联合依达拉奉治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的研究

目的:比较阿加曲班联合依达拉奉(联合组)和常规使用阿加曲班(对照组)治疗胫腓动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法:将45例患者随机分为联合组(n=23)和对照组(n=22),比较两组患者在药物治疗2周后的临床症状缓解状况。结果:联合组有效率为82.6%(19/23),对照组有效率为59.1%(12/22),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:阿加曲班联合依达拉奉对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症有较好的治疗效果,其效果优于单纯使用阿加曲班。

Argatroban combined with edaravone in the treatment of atherosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity

Objective：To evaluate the effect of argatroban combined with edaravone for the treatment of atherosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity. Methods：Total 45 patients were randomly divided into two groups： arga- troban combined edaravone treatment group （n=23, experimental group） and argatroban treatment group （n=22,control group）. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared after two weeks later. Results：The clinical symptom of two groups was improved, the response rate were 82.6% and 59.1% for combinational group and control group, respec- tively. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Cortclusion：Argatroban combined edaravone treating atherosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity could show good therapeutic effects, and it is better than using argatroban simply.
