摘    要:根据霸州500 kV变电站二期扩建工程情况,为了在母线分段施工过程中保持原双母线母差保护的完整性,确保母差在施工过程中不受影响,提出了全新的施工设计方案。改进的施工方案减少了停电次数、停电时间和负荷损失,保证了电网的稳定性。在本工程停电申请施工时间内,顺利地完成了该变电站220 kV双母双分段的完善改造工作,进一步验证了该施工设计方案的科学性和实用性。
