| 摘 要： | 目的:考察注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星与多索茶碱葡萄糖注射液配伍后的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星与多索茶碱葡萄糖注射液配伍后的质量浓度,同时观察配伍液的外观变化及pH值。结果:室温条件下8 h内配伍液的外观、pH值及甲磺酸帕珠沙星与多索茶碱的质量浓度均无明显变化。结论:注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星与多索茶碱葡萄糖注射液可配伍使用。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To study the stability of pazufloxacin mesilate injection compatible with doxofylline and glucose injection. Methods： Content changes of the mixed solution ofpazufloxacin mesilate injection with doxofylline and glucose injection were detected at different time by ultraviolet spectrophotometry; and the pH value and the appearance were also determined. Results：The appearance, pH value, and the content of Pazufloxacin Mesilate and Doxofylline had no change within 8h after the compatibility. Conclusion： Pazufloxacin mesilate injection can be mixed with doxofylline and glucose injection. |
