三电平逆变器中共模电压抑制方法的研究与仿真

摘    要:文章对三电平逆变器输出中的共模电压进行了分析,为了减小共模电压带来的危害,文中采用了两种SPWM控制策略即传统三电平SPWM控制策略和降低共模电压的三电平SPWM控制策略。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真比较,结果表明两种策略都起到了抑制共模电压的作用,其中降低共模电压的三电平SPWM控制技术效果更为明显。

Abstract:The common mode voltage for the output of three-level inverter is analyzed.To diminish the harm caused by the common mode voltage,two control strategies of SPWM are adopted.At last they were simulated and compared through Matlab/Simulink.The effect shows that SPWM strategy of reducing common mode voltage is better.
