| 摘 要： | 以工厂流程控制为应用背景，阐述基于PLC（控制）/PC-SCADA（监控）/MIS（管理）的三级分布式控制系统的设计方法，讨论了采用PLC实现过程控制，冗余热备，PC工控机SCADA实时监控和功能扩展以及管理控制一体化系统开发应用等关键技术。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the design of a three layer distributed control system based on PLC,SCADA and MIS to achieve the integrated control of a continuous process in a plant,and also dicusses some critical techniques,such as PLC redundant control,real time supervisory control of the SCADA system,information exchange,control algorithm implementation schemes,etc.They are performed with two application systems for total plant automation as a background. |
