排水性沥青混合料(OGFC-13)配合比设计

摘    要:以常州市武进区环湖东路工程中机动车道所使用的排水性沥青混合料( OGFC-13)为例,重点探究了排水性沥青混合料( OGFC-13)中高黏沥青、集料等原材料选择的重要性以及配合比设计的主要试验步骤。确定本次配合比为1#料(9.5~13.2 mm)∶2#料(4.75~9.5 mm)∶3#料(2.36~4.75 mm)∶4#料(0~2.36 mm)∶矿粉=43∶39∶0∶14.5∶3.5,聚酯纤维用量为混合料的0.25%,最佳油石比为5.4%。这种沥青混合料具有排水及时性、抗滑优越性、降噪显著性等特点。

Abstract:Based on the OGFC-13 porous asphalt mixture on the motorized road of Huanhu East Rd en-gineering in Wujin District,Changzhou City,this paper mainly focuses on the selection of raw materials like high viscosity asphalt,aggregate,and the procedures for design of mixture proportion.When the ratio of 1#ma-terial (9.5~13.2 mm):2#(4.75~9.5 mm):3#(2.36~4.75 mm):4#(0~2.36 mm):mineral powder=43∶39∶0∶14.5∶3.5,polyester fiber is a mixture of 0.25%and the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio is 5.4%. Such asphalt mixture has the characteristics of drainage timeliness,anti-slide superiority,and noise reduction.
